Move-In Conditions:

• Advance deposit: 2 months' rent
• Security deposit: 1,000 baht
• Minimum stay: 3 months
• Notice of departure: 1 month in advance

Room Details:

• Fan: 1,600 baht
• Air conditioner: 2,000 baht
• Water fee: 20 baht per unit
• Electricity fee: 7 baht per unit
• Service fee: 100 baht per month
• Payment due on the 5th of each month; late fee (100 baht/day)

Preliminary Apartment Rules:

• No loud noises disturbing other tenants after 10:00 PM
• No attaching pictures, stickers, tape, or drilling into the walls
• Do not bring outsiders into the apartment without prior notice
• Do not dispose of garbage behind or beside the building
• No pets allowed
• No gambling
• No illegal or hazardous items allowed in the building
• Do not flush food scraps, cutlery, or sanitary products down the toilet or drains
• Register your vehicle before moving in
• Please take pictures of the room before moving in

Note: Violations will incur a penalty fee.
