- ……07/01/2025 1:28Stayed (Less than 1 year)1.8กิ้งกือและตะขาบเยอะมากคนดูแลไม่ทำความสะอาดแต่เก็บค่าส่วนกลางเดือนละ 200 ทุกเดือน ค่าไฟถ้าไม่จดมิเตอร์เอง ราคาเวอร์มากแพงกว่าอยู่บ้านหรืออยู่คอนโดแบบเปิด FULL option แรกเข้าบอกจะทำความสะอาดให้ก็ไม่ได้ทำ แต่ตอนออกคิดค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท งง มาก ถ้าคิดกับคนที่ออกไปล่าสุดแล้วไม่ได้ทำ ตอนเรามาอยู่ ตอนเราออกคิดเหมือน ได้เงินเราไปฟรีๆ 500 บาท ของคนที่ออก อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ไม่ดีชำรุดเยอะ ถ้าเปลี่ยนเอง แนะนำให้ถ่ายรูป ตอนยืนคืน เพราะตอนออก ถ้าเค้าหาไม่เจอ จะโดนค่าปรับ ว่าของหาย โดยรวม พอใจแต่เรื่องความเงียบสงบ แต่อยู่แล้ว รู้สึกระแวง เพราะตะขาบเยอะมาก กิ้งกือคือ มหาศาล ห้องทำความสะสะอาด ทุกวัน ทำความสะอาดครั้งใหญ่ อาทิตย์ ละครั้ง ยังมี ซื้อแท่งหอม ก็ ยังไม่พ้น ตะขาบ ห้องอื่น มีเลี้ยงแมว หลายห้อง กลิ่นขี้และฉี่เหม็นมาก ถังขยะ ส่งกลิ้งเหม็นเน่าเหมือน สิงมีชีวิต ตาย บ่อยมาก คะแนนเต็ม 5 ความสะอาด 0 ความเงียบสงบ 4 ความปลอดภัย 3 การให้บริการต่างๆ 1
