😸We are a rent room provider of 10 private rooms with occupancy, pets allowed, open system under leash

😸Location: Opposite The Mall Bang Khae, Soi next to Parkland, 450 meters from MRT Lak Song (Exit 2, go down the stairs to Soi Kratin Thong, walk to the end of the alley, blue building, green fence with red border) 

😸 Price: 4,599 - 7,999 baht

😸 Check-in: Security deposit 15K - 18K, no advance payment, security deposit changes at the discretion of the dormitory

😸 Parking: The dormitory cannot accommodate large vehicles, but there is a motorcycle parking lot. 

😸 Room size: 22 square meters, hall 19 square meters + balcony bathroom 3 square meters Bed size: 5 feet

😸 Pets: Cats, small pets in cages, animals with loud noises such as birds, dogs must be considered by tenants and building mates, exotics can be raised, some scary ones must be under control

😸 Utilities: Water and Wi-Fi are included in the room rate *with conditions, electricity 6.5 - 8 baht according to each room promotion
