THE V PLACE is located on Ratchadapisek 32 or Ratchadapisek 36 Yeak 19-5 where it takes only 10 minutes (by car or motorcycle) to MRT Ladprao station. With only 50 rooms offered, will made you feels comfy and cozy living. Nearby, there are many supermarket, department stores, and shopping malls such as the JAS wanghin, MaxValue, Tops supermarket, Tesco Lotus, Major Cineplex Ratchayothin and Central Plaza etc.

THE V PLACE is providing many security systems such as CCTV, security guard and key card system. Moreover, we have over 30 parking space, elevator, washing machine, and we also offer an internet wifi and cleaning services.

In the accommodation, THE V PLACE provides the modern styles of furniture such as bed, build-in closet, TV counter, sink and desk. Nevertheless, we also offer over 100 channels cable TV, air conditioning and water heater for customer.

For 6 months rental, the rental rate is 4800-5000 Baht/ month, there will be 1 month advance payment and 5000 Baht room deposit for first move in (we accept cash in Thai Baht only). 

Note : the room deposit will be return on check out date. (pro rata rate upon damages occurred)

Transportations:

1. Taxi : about 40-50 baht from MRT Ladprao to THE V PLACE

2. Local public transportation : from THE V PLACE you could walk (15 minutes) to the bus station.

3. Local motorcycle service : is very popular for many Thai people, it’s cost around 15 Baht to the bus station and 30 Baht to the MRT.
